- Features
The active substances contained in Mediaplast 40 are of liquid form. In comparison to many competi-tive materials Mediaplast 40 will develop its full function immediately after adding it to the compound. The voluminous granule form will guarantee that Mediaplast 40 is dispersed fast and evenly within the compound.
Applications & Uses

- Uses
This function can be significantly improved by using a special process aid, e. g. our Dispergator FL or Dispergator FL plus. Due to these unique properties, the energy consumption can be reduced when compounds are produced or processed. By adding Mediaplast 40, the tackiness of the compound increases. When using Mediaplast 40 the physical values, especially the tear resistance, is usually improved considerably.
- Dosage
As dosage we recommend 3–5 phr, depending on the filler content. Mediaplast 40 should be added at the beginning of the mixing process, together with the polymers.
