Antitack NP-97 is a Pure zinc stearate dispersion of small particles, developed especially for dip tank equipment. The stearate particles are only partially hydrophobic due to the special production process. Therefore the antitack agent within the dilution shows the tendency to rise to the upper third of the dip tank. While the compound leaves the dip tank, it passes through the region of highest concentration and gets the optimum coverage of an-titack agent.

Mediaplast PM is a synthetic aromatic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene (bi- and trialkylated aro-matics), which is mainly recommended for the use in elastomers with low to medium polarity, i. e. NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M for example, but also CR, CM/CSM, EVA and PNR. Especially in polychloro-prene the often used, expensive ester plasticizers can be replaced completely.

Dispergator FL is a very effective and multi-purpose processing aid for the use in natural and synthetic rubber. Dispergator FL is generally used to improve rubber compound flow and extrudability for the production of profiles, hoses and technical rubber parts. By using Dispergator FL an economical production of high quality products is possible.

Silanogran Silanogran SI-69/GR 70 offers improvement of mixing properties e. g. reduction in Mooney viscosity, better processability when mixing, calendering and extruding and influences the physical-mechanical data of the vulcanizates favorably.

Silanogran PV is the 50 % granular form of a trimethoxy-silyl-group containing low molecular poly-butadiene (formerly Polyvest 25) on a mineral carrier. The pure liquid polymer is sticky and highly viscous. Our granular form provides easier handling, avoids inaccuracy and insecurity while dosing and incorporating the material into the rubber compound.

Kezadol GR is a soft 81.5 % calcium oxide granule coated with special dispersing agents, for use as a desiccant in rubber compounds which are cured on micro-wave systems, LCM or hot air. Moisture which is present in all rubber chemicals, especially fillers, will be absorbed and the calcium oxide will change to calcium hydroxide after reaction with the moisture. This reaction will happen while storing the uncured rubber compounds.

Kezadol PCI is a surface treated calcium oxide powder for use as an effective desiccant. The calcium ox-ide is coated by a chemically indifferent hydrocarbon. Due to this preparation Kezadol PCI has a reduced air pollution. Additionally there will not be any unintended reaction with humidity.

Antitack NP-97/TY-40 is a highly concentrated dispersion of zinc stearates. By means of new tech-nologies and high quality raw materials the zinc stearate content could be increased to more than 40 %.

Mediaplast CL/GR is a Chlorinated thermostable paraffin as ”dry liquid“ to improve the polarity of rubber compounds especially based on EPM, EPDM and IIR for UHF curing. In combination with antimony trioxide Mediaplast CL/GR may also be used as flame retarding component.

Antitack BTO-7 is a pigment-free antitack agent for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds based on different biodegradable detergents in combination with anti-foam and anti-corrosive additives. The product was developed especially for the treatment in batch-off equipment working in dipping or spraying system. The use of Antitack BTO-7 results in an extremely proper production site and in a very low wear and tear of the machinery.

Antitack BTO-44 VC is a powdered antitack agent, basically containing inert minerals in combination with calcium stearate, detergents, anti-foam and anti-rust agents for the treatment of unvulcanized rubber compounds, endless strips and granules. The product itself is most suitable for batch-off machines with spraying and dipping systems. After drying, the antitack film which remains on the surface of the rubber compounds is easy to control visually.

TAIC 50 and 70 are 50 % resp. 70 % preparations of triallylisocyanurate (TAIC) on extremely fine silica as carrier in powder form. TAIC can be recommended especially as co-activator for peroxide curing, when excellent physical properties are to be reached, especially very low compression-set values even after aging and under extreme conditions.

Mediaplast WH is a Processing aid and homogenizing agent with non-staining properties in order to improve the stickiness of synthetic rubber compounds. Especially in NBR, EPDM, SBR and EVA the application of Mediaplast WH results in shorter mixing times and better homogeneity.

Mercapto silane for sulfur cured rubber compounds which are containing silica, clays or metal hydroxides as filler. It is suitable for all elastomers and recommended to use if an improvement of technical results, such as tear strength, modulus, compression set or abrasion is required.

TAC/GR 50 is a 50 % and TAC/GR 70 a 70 % triallylcyanurate (TAC) in granular form. TAC/GR gran-ules are more stable and better applicable in automatic weighing machines than TAC/GR 70, whereas the latter contains a higher amount of active substance.

Mediaplast 60 is a highly effective chemical peptizer for natural and Isoprene rubber, based on the well-known dibenzamidodiphenyldisulfide (DBD). However, it does contain an activator/catalyst system which enables the product to show superior efficiency in comparison to the products you find on the market today.

Mediaplast TR is a light, non-staining, highly aromatic synthetic plasticizer based on dibenzyltoluen.Due to these attributes it is recommended for the use in polar elastomers like CR, CM/CSM, NBR, HNBR etc. Mediaplast TR is especially suitable for the production of V-belts and special hoses (hy-draulic machinery, cars etc.) and other highly strained products.

Dispergator KB contains 25 % more active material and less moisture than Dispergator DS. It fa-vourably can be used in all rubber compounds which are intended to be cured by UHF, LCM or hot air. It also has good compatibility with most polymers.

Antitack BTO-15 is an antitack agent which was developed step by step based on many years of experi-ence in the rubber industry. It meets all the requirements of the modern rubber industry and is especially designed for the use in batch-off machines fitted with spraying or dipping systems.

Dispergator FL plus is a development based on Dispergator FL which has been used successfully for many years in rubber industry.

Talcubex is a non-dusting talc which is treated with Kettlitz-Haftubex in such a manner that the fine dust-causing particles of talc are bound. It is still an almost free-flowing powder which provides an excellent coating on rubber compounds, batches and profiles.

Mediaplast PX-2 is a semi-synthetic plasticizer based on long-chain hydrocarbons with paraffinic character. It is recommended to use in elastomers with low polarity, e. g. NR, IIR, BR, SBR and EPDM.

Kettlitz-Dispergator SI/GR is a new generation of processing aid based on a silicone combination. The proc-ess aid has been developed especially for EPDM and EVA compounds to improve processability.

Pertac/GR is a multifunctional process aid based on 1.2-polybutadiene converted into free-flowing granules.

Kettlitz-Mediaplast 40 is a highly effective homogenizing agent consisting of resin plasticizers, which is recommended for the use in polymer blends. Best results are achieved in compounds based on NR/SBR/BR. Besides, Mediaplast 40 is also very suitable for other polymer blends like EPDM/NR.

Kettlitz-Mediaplast NB-7 is a special diisononyl dicarboxylic acid ester which can replace existing phthalate plasticizers in compounds based on polar rubbers like NBR, HNBR, CR, ACM, VAMAC etc. Mediaplast NB-7 shows minor volatility at an extremely low setting point. Therefore this plasticizer is suitable to produce rubber articles with high heat resistance and excellent low temperature propertiesas well.

Kettlitz-Dispergator DS is a dispersing agent improving flow and extrusion properties of rubber compounds. The material, based on a water-in-oil emulsion of higher alcohols, esters and aliphatic fatty acids, is recommended to be used in EPDM and EPM, in NBR and butyl rubber compounds.

Mediaplast 650 A is a synthetic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene (bi- and trialkylated aromatics), which is especially recommended for the use in elastomers with low polarity like NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M, etc. The compatibility with rubber compounds containing strong polar elastomers, like nitrile rubber for example, is low.

Mediaplast NB-4 is a special adipine acid plasticizer at an exceptionally reasonable price for the use in polar polymers like NBR, H- and XNBR, CM / CSM, CR, ECO, etc. Mediaplast NB-4 is, due to its relatively low volatility and also because of its extremely low setting point, suitable for heat-resistant as well as cold flexible rubber articles (see technical data).

Dispergator OX is a Polymer- and water-free granulated processing aid, suitable for all natural and synthetic elastomers, and especially helpful in polymer blends. Dispergator OX is particularly recommended for pressureless continuous curing processes, as it con-tains no moisture.

Mediaplast PS-1 is a synthetic plasticizer based on polyalkylbenzene, which is mainly recommended for the use in elastomers with low to medium polarity, e. g. NR, IIR, BR, SBR, EP(D)M, but also CR, CM/CSM, EVA and PNR.

Mediaplast EV/F is an effective processing aid for the treatment of very sticky polymers, mainly EVA compounds. EVA types with a vinyl acetate content of more than 40 % tend to stick to open mills, internal mixers and even extruder screws.

Kettlitz-Dispergator FD is a highly effective processing aid for compounds in alimentary contact. It has been developed referring to the regulations of FDA and BfR XXI (former BGVV resp. BGA regulation). It is a combination of zinc salts and hydrocarbons in surface active agents.

Kezadol GR/DAB is a soft granule of approx. 77.5 % calcium oxide coated with special dispersing agents. For delaying the reactivity of the CaO, our product is treated with special white oil corre-sponding to BfR- and FDA-regulations.
