Already a dosage of 2–3 phr Mediaplast EV/F eliminates this stickiness. To avoid the stickiness of rubber compounds containing other polymers, a dosage of only 1.5 phr will be sufficient. Mediaplast EV/F does not have any influence on peroxide curing systems at a dosage between 2 and 3 phr. Only at a dosage of 5 phr or more, the curing and physical properties are influenced.
- Uses
Mediaplast EV/F should be added at the beginning of the mixing process in order to avoid that the pure polymer gets in contact with open mills or internal mixers. It is therefore recommended to use the upside-down mixing method.
