Key Epoxy/Urethane Wall Coatings is a pigmented epoxy/urethane coating system designed to provide high gloss, chemical resistant protection. Key Epoxy/Urethane Wall Coatings System should be used wherever a high-build, corrosive resistant, protective wall coating is required. Having a low odor, installation can occur in occupied areas. Key Epoxy/Urethane Wall Coatings System provides a smooth, high gloss finish with a light orange peel finish and can be incorporated into seamless floor cove base systems.

Application

Surface Preparation

Surface Preparation is the most critical portion of any successful resinous wall system application. All substrates must be properly prepared and tested for moisture as outlined in Key Resin Technical Bulletin #1. Work must be performed by experienced contractors.

Installation

KEY THIN-FILM COATING SYSTEM material components are mixed on site.

Clean Up

Clean skin with soap and water. Tools and equipment should be cleaned with xylene or lacquer thinner.

Maintenance

After completing the application of the KEY EPOXY/URETHANE WALL COATING SYSTEM, the installer should provide the owner with maintenance instructions. KEY EPOXY/URETHANE WALL COATING SYSTEMS are easily cleaned with neutral soaps or detergents.
