- Product Uses
- K- CORR 100A2 is a 100% active ashless rust inhibitor with a relatively low acid number compared to succinic acid half esters. K-CORR® 100A2 is an excellent rust and corrosion inhibitor for formulating ashless circulating oils, hydraulic oils, paper machine oils, and industrial and automotive gear oils.
- K- CORR 100A2 displays synergistic effects in the Four Ball Wear (ASTMD 4172) test when used in combination with ashless phosphorus-containing antiwear additives or sulfur-containing EP additives.
- Compared to ashless rust inhibitors with acid numbers higher than100 mg KOH/g, K- CORR 100A2 does not have a detrimental influence on FZG performance when used in combination with common EP/AW additives.
