Primeseal 1 is a black water-based epoxy primer/ sealer designed to increase the bond of KM Coatings acrylic elastomeric coatings and spray polyurethane foam to a wide variety of roofing substrates. It develops a tenacious bond to wood, concrete, fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and galvanized surfaces.

Arctic Cap HV is a roller-grade acrylic water-based elastomeric coating with an average of 50% solids. This proprietary formulation cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane which offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system and lower overall life cycle costs. When applied in white, Arctic Cap HV is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

EPDM Primer is a sprayable liquid with a low viscosity that is used to pre-treat an EPDM rubber roof membrane before power washing and applying the roof coating. Encourages the adhesion of the elastomeric coating to the EPDM surface.

KM Acryl 25 is a premium grade water-based elastomeric coating with an average of 55% solids. This proprietary formulation using 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. Designed specifically to meet, or exceed, the physical property requirements of ASTM D6083 Type I and II, KM Acryl 25 offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system and lower overall life cycle costs. When applied in white, KM Acryl 25 is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

Epoxy Primer is a two-component, one-to-one water-based epoxy primer that improves adhesion to a wide range of porous and non-porous substrates. It is non-flammable and emits low levels of VOCs.

KM 1P is a one-part water-based primer/bleed blocker that improves the adhesion of KM silicone roof coatings to porous and non-porous substrates.

KM SP 1000 is a VOC-compliant, solvent-based primer that improves acrylic coating adhesion to most aged TPO and PVC membranes. Its bright orange color makes it easy for the applicator to achieve complete monolithic surface application, and its superior coverage provides a cost-effective alternative to competing products.

KM Acryl 85 is a high tensile, superior grade water-based elastomeric coating with a solids content of 51% on average. Specifically designed to meet or exceed ASTM D6083 Types I and II physical property requirements. This proprietary formulation, made entirely of acrylic resins, cures into a seamless fluid-applied roof membrane. This product adheres well to polyurethane foam and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates, and its tensile strength can exceed that of typical acrylic roof coatings. This product is extremely durable and resistant to dirt pickup.
