Konson® accelerator MTT is a thiazole heterocyclic compound containing active sulfur atoms, which cross-links halogen-containing polymers. It is suitable for vulcanization cross-linking of CIIR and CR,especially as a highly effective accelerator for CR. Compared with NA-22, Konson® accelerator MTT maintains the good physical properties and aging resistance of NA-22 vulcanized CR, and also improves the scorch performance and operation safety of the rubber compound. Also combines faster curing characteristics. Konson® accelerator MTT is easy to disperse in rubber, no pollution, non-discoloring . It is usually used in the manufacture of cables, tapes, rubber shoes, tires, and bright-colored products.

Rubber accelerator MBTS Used with other accelerators in tires, rubber belts and so on. MBTS is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4.

As a kind of super accelerator used to natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber. Commonly, using with some other kind of accelerators such as benzothiazole, sulfenamide. A fast velocity at vulcanizing temperature can be obtained, and intensile can be increased. Suitable for making inner tube of tires, soft tube, isolating layer of wire and cable, etc.. Don’t use for manufacturing the products contacting with foods. TDEC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, Category 4.

It acts as middle-speed accelerator, suitable for natural and synthetic rubber, and also can be used as activator for kinds of thiazole, thiuram and sulfenamide. It acts as plasticizer and plastic-divider on chloroprene rubber, especially suitable for rubber products such as tire, rubber shoes, and so on. DPG is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 3-4.

A overspead accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. Curing active temperature is low. It can substitute for ZDBC、ZDEC、PZ, ect.. Operating safety is much better. Specially , it will not produce cancer-causing nitrosamize during the rubber manufacturing process , and it can be used as excellent activator to kinds of thiazole. Appropriate matching quantity of Zine oxide and sulfur when using , and aliphatic acid is not necessary .it can be added directly into rubber mass and also can be added into latex as component part. ZBEC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR 175.105,177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

Suitable for natural and synthetic rubber and latex, being a good secondary accelerator of kinds of thiazole, it is used with other accelerators to the continuous vulcanization. TMTD is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR177.2600, 175.105 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and “Sonderkategorie”.

A fast curing accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. It is more active than rubber accelerator ZDC in dry rubber. The latex contained accelerator ZDBC can’t be prevulcanized in a week. It is an excellent activator of thiazole kinds accelerator. It can be used as antioxidant in the mixing rubber and can improve the anti-aging properties. Non color degradation, non-staining and easy dispersion in rubber process. ZDBC is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR175.105, 178.2010, 175.300, 177.1210, 177.2600 and under BgVV XXI, Categories 1-4 and”Sonderkategorie”.

A delayed action accelerator of vulcanization for natural and synthetic rubber. The speed of vulcanization is similar to CBS’s, but it’s delaying is larger than the CBS. There is little pollution and the color is changeless. It can be used as rubber products of tire.

A fast curing accelerator with a delayed action, especially suitable for the basic furnace carbon black natural rubber and synthetic rubber, able to improve the physical and anti-aging properties of rubber, also be used as tire rubbers.

A fast curing accelerator for natural, synthetic rubber and latex, it can be used as accelerators of butyl rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and EPDM rubber, non-toxic, inodorous, stainless and changeless in colors on products, suitable for coated fabric,. Rubber Accelerator DPTT is a Light yellow powder，non-toxic and indorous. Soluble in chloroform, benzene, acetone, carbon disulfide, a little soluble in gasolind and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water and dilute alkali.
