Wafer Paper is an inexpensive starch-based edible paper from Kopyform. It tastes neutral and has a slightly ribbed surface. The sheets can easily be printed with Canon inkjet printers with a motif of your choice. Can be baked in the oven Made only from potato starch, water, olive oil and maltodextrin – nothing else! Sugar Transfer Sheets are transfer foils for “printing” your edible ideas on sweet treats. Logos, graphics, slogans and more find their way on meringues, lollies and various sugar candies. The sheets can be processed with Isomalt and glucose syrup. The plastic used for the transfer foils is food grade and can be baked at temperatures below 90° Celsius.
