Wafer Paper from Kopyform can be used for in many ways. It is suitable for photo cakes (but can only be used on dry surfaces, such as almond paste or Kopyform’s fondant Arctic White), edible labels, place cards or menu cards. Do not use on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly transparent.
In addition, Wafer Paper can be baked with bread, bread rolls or pastries in the last third of the baking process.

The thickness of Wafer Paper standard is approx. 0.35 mm.
The thickness of Wafer Paper Premium is approx. 0.60 mm.
One pack contains 25 sheets.Wafer Paper Premium is also available in A3 and contains 50 sheets per pack.
Storage & Handling
- Shelf Life
When unopened and stored in a dry place at 18 – 22 °C, Wafer Paper can be stored for 24 months (from production date).
