Fiber-reinforced plastic sheets with many possibilities. Due to the application-oriented selection of the fiber type and the resin system, panel materials are available for many areas of application, which open up new construction dimensions such as low specific weight, high dielectric strength, high temperature resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high rigidity and strength, high dimensional stability, high modulus of elasticity, high vibration resistance, low thermal conductivity, good achinability by sawing, turning, milling and waterjet.

PREGNIT

PREPREGS - PREimPREGnated materials - are fiber fabrics impregnated with reaction resin compounds. With a wide range of options for further processing, they represent the ideal basis for light and high-strength construction parts. The Krempel-PREPREG systems are based on reactive resins with a curing system that is latent at room temperature and highly reactive at elevated temperature. Initially, the PREPREG resins are in the reactive B-stage with medium to high viscosity. The problem-free further processing takes place through the supply of energy and simultaneous shaping measures. The low molecular weight, still meltable resins are converted into the high molecular weight, infusible C-state. For this controlled process, we tailor the resin system exactly to the specifications of the processor. In conjunction with glass, carbon and aramid fibers can be structural components with excellent properties produce. By adding additive dyes and fillers, application-specific properties can be specifically adapted to the respective conditions.

PREPREG

PREPREG system BD (epoxy resin) are based on modified epoxy resins with high impact strength and excellent dynamic properties. They can be processed into high-strength structural components using all common methods. The hardening range is between 85 ° C and 140 ° C ; the max. heat resistance is 125 ° C . The delivery program with fabric, laid and unidirectional reinforced PREPREGS allows the load-based design of your components.
