Veggilanol Sapphire is produced from the multi-stage refining of wool grease, a natural, renewable raw material which is obtained from the scouring (washing) of raw wool. It is manufactured to fully meet the requirements of the current United States Pharmacopeia. The product can be used in the most exacting applications where color, odor and purity are critical. Veggilanol Sapphire can be used in all types of cosmetics, toiletries and pharmaceuticals where the low pesticide content makes it particularly suitable for use in topical applications such as baby creams or lotions. Veggilanol Sapphire also finds widespread use in all skincare and color cosmetics.

Veggilanol Amethyst is the refined, unsaponifiable fraction of lanolin, composed of a complex mixture of cholesterol, lanosterol, agnosterol and their di-hydro derivatives plus straight and branched chain aliphatic alcohols with a mean molecular weight of approximately 370. It is produced by alkaline hydrolysis of lanolin feedstock followed by further refining. Veggilanol Amethyst is a yellow, hard, waxy solid in appearance and is one of the most powerful w/o emulsifying agents known. It finds uses in a wide variety of creams such as night creams, sports creams, hair creams and baby creams. Veggilanol Amethyst differs from the standard alcohol in that it has been distilled on a molecular still to further improve the product color and odor and conforms fully to the European Pharmacopeia. Lanolin Alcohols have been in widespread use for many years both in pharmaceutical and cosmetic uses. Their safety is well known and they feature in a number of pharmacopeia monographs throughout the world

Veggilanol Emerald is produced from the multi-stage refining of wool grease, a natural, renewable raw material which is obtained from the scouring (washing) of raw wool. It is manufactured to fully meet the requirements of the 1997 European Pharmacopeia (3rd Edition). The product can be used in many applications where color and odor are critical. It is an excellent emollient and is readily absorbed by the skin. In addition, it has powerful w/o emulsifying properties. The combination of both properties allows the product to function as an unsurpassed moisturizer that can smooth and soften the skin. Veggilanol Emerald can be used in all types of cosmetics, toiletries and pharmaceutical applications including skin care, hair care, color cosmetics, baby products, soaps and topical pharmaceutical applications

Veggilanol Silver is produced from the multi-stage refining of woolgrease, a natural, renewable raw material which is obtained from the scouring (washing) of raw wool. It is manufactured to fully meet the requirements of the current European Pharmacopeia.Veggilanol Silver has been refined to a point where trace pesticide residues are practically undetectable. The product can be used in the most exacting applications where color, odor and purity are critical making it ideal for use in topical pharmaceutical preparations, skin treatment products, suppositories, lip products and baby creams or lotions. In addition the reduced free lanolin alcohols allow the description of “hypo-allergenic Lanolin” to be applied.

Anhydrous Lanolin Veggilanol White goldis produced from the multi-stage refining of woolgrease, a natural, renewable raw material which is obtained from the scouring (washing) of raw wool. It is manufactured to fully meet the requirements of the current European Pharmacopeia. Veggilanol White gold has been refined to a point where trace pesticide residues are practically undetectable. This ingredient has been especially designed to be used in breast creams for mothers with newly born babies. Veggilanol White gold is refined from specially selected Wool Grease sourced to be free from Nonylphenol Ethoxylates (NPEO’s) and according to standard test DIN EN ISO 18218-1, no presence of NPEO was found. Veggilanol White gold is an AllergyCertified certified, Vegetarian Society Approved raw material.

Veggilanol Opal is a product obtained by refining of the wool fat. Chemically it is wax that is a mixture of esters of long chain carboxylic acids with high molecular weight alcohols. It also has small amounts of free fatty acids, alcohol and hydrocarbons. Waxy solid, of pale aspect, Gardner color maximum 9 (measured on the melted product, according to norm ASTM D1.

Veggilanol Shell is a white, odorless, chrystalline powder and is made from wool grease by extraction and refining processed. It is soluble in most common organic solvents and vegetable oils but is insoluble in water. Veggilanol Shell is widely used as an emulsifying agent in cosmetic & pharmaceutical preparations. Veggilanol Shell functions as an excellent moisturizer in skin conditioning cosmetics and topical creams and is also used as a basic material for the synthesis of D3 vitamin and liquid crystals.
