    • Lansperse PPD01 is used as a dispersing agent and carrier for pigment master-batches. Lansperse PPD01 is thermostable and is hydrophobic to aid compatibility with carriers such as polymers, thermoplastics and rubber. Lansperse PPD01 disperses color evenly throughout pigments concentrate to ensure even color distribution through bulk systems.
    • Incorporation : Mix with the polymers, thermoplastics or rubber before combining with the pigments to prepare granules or pellets.

    Storage Information

    Stainless steel, polyethylene or glass lined equipment is necessary for the storage of Lansperse PPD01 in order to prevent corrosion and subsequent contamination. This material can separate on standing and at low temperatures. May require agitation and warming prior to use.
