Due to increasing demands in fire protection regulations it has become necessary to modify the flame retardancy behavior of plastics. Flame retardants action is to retard the flammability of plastics in order to minimize their ignition properties and burning behavior such as flame propagation, smoke, and heat. We can offer Halogenated and Non-halogenated Flame Retardant Additive, Masterbatch and Compound based on the end application.

According to a study, about 80% of infection diseases start from surface contact. Bacteria and fungi are everywhere in our daily life, the microbe can quickly reproduce with suitable conditions. It may cause contamination, odors and infectious diseases. Anti-Microbial, Anti-Fungal additives will be integrated into the polymer during the manufacturing process to inhibit the growth and provide protection from microbes.

WHITE Masterbatches are available in PE, PP, EVA, ABS, PC, PET, PS and NYLON base resins for various applications.

Sunlight together with heat and oxygen induces reactions of degradation in plastics, causing detrimental effects on their mechanical, optical and physical properties. The result is breakage, chalking and discoloration. Outdoor weathering results in degradation by exposure to the ultraviolet part of sunlight which reaches the earth’s surface, at wavelengths between 300 and 400 nanometres. Environmental factors like temperature, humidity, oxygen, polluting gasses also play an important role.

During processing, manufacturing and subsequent handling of finished articles, it is often required to modify the rheology or surface properties of polymers by addition of selected slip agents. Slip masterbatches facilitate the processing of thermoplastic polymers, reduce friction in extrusion applications, facilitate the mold release in injection molding, provide the finished articles with smooth and glossy surfaces.

Articles made with thermoplastic polymers are often required to have an improved and brilliant white appearance. PP, PA, PET fibers, whether colorless or white-pigmented, can be produced in brighter and more attractive shades by incorporating selected additives based on optical brighteners. Optical brightner masterbatch enhance the whiteness and compensate the original inherently yellowish shade of many thermoplastic polymers.
