Royaltherm 1411A is a modified EPDM with a special silicone rubber. Royaltherm 1411A is supplied as a base compound that can be vulcanized with peroxides or sulfur/accelerator systems. Royaltherm 1411A is 30 - 40 Durometer when vulcanized with 1.8 phr of dicumyl peroxide. It can be blended with Royaltherm 1721 for intermediate hardness applications. Royaltherm 1411A is recommended for applications that require lower tensile strength than Royaltherm 1721. Royaltherm 1411A is also recommended for applications that require retention of mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, weather and moisture resistance, electrical stability and compression recovery at low temperatures.

Stereon™SR8983 is a solution polymerized linear styrene-butadiene multi-block thermoplastic elastomer. This material has been designed as a graftable rubber modifier that is reacted with bromine and processed into a clean, white powder. The brominated Stereon™SR8983 is then combined with polystyrene to produce a flame retardant foam insulation used in building and home construction.

Stereon™721AC is a solution polymerized styrene-butadiene block copolymer that has been designed as an impact modifier for thermoplastic ABS resin. The low solution viscosity of this product makes it particularly attractive for high rubber loading systems. Stereon™721AC also contains a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system and has a very low gel content.

Duradene™706 is a solution polymerized non-oil extended styrene-butadiene rubber copolymer. It contains 23.5% bound styrene and has a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. Duradene™706 offers very good abrasion resistance and low hysteresis properties. It can also be used as a replacement for emulsion SBR 1502 in most rubber applications.

Diene™45NF10 is a solution polymerized rubber grade medium cis polybutadiene that contains a non-volatile antioxidant stabilizer system. This polymer is similar to Diene 55NF but at lower viscosity for easier processing. It is used in mechanical goods where flow and mixing are important. Diene™45NF10 offers excellent abrasion resistance, high rebound, low temperature flexibility, and good resistance to fatigue cracking and crack growth.

Diene™55AC10 is a solution polymerized plastics grade medium cis polybutadiene, featuring excellent color and low gel. It is intermediate in solution viscosity and contains a non-volatile antioxidant system. Diene™55AC10 is widely used as an impact modifier for thermoplastic resins such as HIPS and ABS.
