Lutkala Pure contains only vegetable fibers from apple pomace. In its production, we use a patented extrusion method that does not use any chemical reagents. As a result, Lutkala is free from post-process contamination. In addition, thanks to the use of unique technology, our thickener has improved rheological properties. Therefore, the use of Lutkala allows not only to enrich food with healthy fiber, but also to shape parameters such as a structure or texture in a desired way.

Lutkala is a thickener, which consists of 100% natural raw materials and its production is exceptional ecological. We have proof of this - Lutkala is processed to such a small extent that in its pure form it still has the taste and smell of apples. Lutkala thickens, stabilizes, provides the desired texture and structure, prevents syneresis, gels, increases the stability of freezing and thawing, and prevents the formation of ice crystals. Lutkala is a completely natural replacement for chemical or synthetic thickeners such as pectin, modified starch or xanthan gum. The use of Lutkala enables the elimination of undesirable "E" components from the label, in line with the clean label trend.
