Mainstay® ML-72P™ is a blend of special cements, microsilica, thermoplastic fiber, densifiers, admixtures, and other modifiers that produces a high strength, low shrinkage, and low permeability mortar. Mainstay® ML-72P produces excellent adhesion to properly prepared concrete surfaces. Mainstay® ML-72P seals rough concrete surfaces, fills bugholes, and resists external hydrostatic water pressure. Mainstay® ML-72P is suitable for permanent water immersion service. M Mainstay® ML-72P can be used to smooth horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces of new or deteriorated concrete structures such as pits, sumps, trenches, tunnels, culverts, bridges and piers. Mainstay® ML-72P may also be used to restore concrete structures that require protection by application of Madewell® or Mainstay® corrosion barrier coatings.

Mainstay® ML-72HP™ is a reinforced blend of portland cement, microsilica, densifiers, admixtures, and other modifiers that produces a high strength and low permeability mortar specifically designed for centrifugal application within underground concrete, brick and galvanized corrugated metal pipe (CMP). Mainstay® ML-72HP provides a uniform, waterproof surface that is extremely dense, abrasion resistant and highly impermeable, while providing excellent adhesion to the substrate. With superior compressive, flexural and tensile strengths, Mainstay® ML-72HP can help restore structural integrity to deteriorated underground concrete and corrugated metal pipe quickly and economically.

Mainstay® ML-72™ is a special blend of portland cement, microsilica, thermoplastic fiber, densifiers, admixtures, and other modifiers that produces a high strength and low permeability mortar for the rehabilitation of deteriorated concrete structures. Mainstay® ML-72 produces excellent adhesion to properly prepared new and existing concrete, brick, or steel surfaces. Mainstay® ML-72 can withstand corrosive environments with a pH of 3 or higher, restores structural integrity, seals rough, deteriorated surfaces, and resists external hydrostatic water pressure. Mainstay® ML-72 is suitable for permanent water immersion service. Mainstay® ML-72 can be used to repair vertical, horizontal, and overhead surfaces of deteriorated steel and concrete structures such as manholes, lift stations, wet wells, sewer pipes, culverts, pits, sumps, trenches, tunnels, bridges, piers, or any structure that has experienced deterioration from exposure to aggressive environments.

Mainstay® 714™ Flake Glass Epoxy Novolac Vinyl Ester Coating is designed for application over steel and concrete substrates. Mainstay® 714 is resistant to a wide variety of chemical exposures including many strong organic and inorganic acids, solvents, alkaline chemicals, and some oxidizing agents. It is well suited for use in immersion, splash, and spill service. M Mainstay® 714 may be used as a topcoat over Mainstay® DS-5 100% Solids Epoxy Coating and Mainstay® ML-72 Sprayable Microsilica Restoration Mortar for concrete structures that require surface restoration as well as protection from aggressive chemical environments.

Madewell® 1312S™ is a heavy duty, 100% solids, two component epoxy coating product. It is used for both new construction and maintenance of steel and concrete surfaces in pools, tanks, sumps, trenches, decks, and pipe interiors. Madewell® 1312S may be used as a topcoat over other Madewell® coating systems to add color and/ or seal the surface. M Madewell® 1312S protects surfaces against chemical attack under immersion, spill, and splash conditions, and impact and abrasion damage caused by rough use or heavy traffic. It is normally applied at a nominal thickness of 10 to 20 mils in two coats. Its monolithic construction resists moisture, chemical, and bacteria penetration while also being attractive and easy to clean. Its free spreading characteristics, fast set time, and ease of cleanup help to minimize labor costs and down time.

Mainstay® DS-5-S™ is a 100% solids, chemically modified epoxy coating that utilizes a unique, multi-component curing system that contributes to a number of superior properties: toughness, permanent flexibility, and improved chemical and temperature resistance. This system may be applied at thicknesses up to 50 mils in single or multiple applications, thereby reducing application costs. The absence of solvent reduces shrinkage, cracking, and disbonding and eliminates problems related to solvent entrapment. Mainstay® DS-5-S is particularly well suited for use as a topcoat over Mainstay® ML-72Sprayable Microsilica Restoration Mortar (see section on Application).

Madewell® 525™ provides excellent performance for structures exposed to ultraviolet light. It is used for both new construction and rehabilitation of concrete surfaces on decks and floors and in freshwater and saltwater aquariums and pools. Madewell® 525 is typically used as a topcoat over Madewell® 1312S epoxy coating (including broadcast quartz and vinyl flake) to provide ultraviolet light resistance and additional durability and corrosion protection. M Madewell® 525 is a polycarbamide based, high solids coating that can be cured at room temperature for a variety of plant, shop, and field applications. In addition to superior UV stability, Madewell® 525 offers dramatically improved weather, corrosion, and chemical resistance. Because of its low permeability to oxygen, water, and chlorides, Madewell® 525 remains unchanged after years of exposure to the elements allowing it to outperform such common coatings as alkyds, chlorinated rubber, acrylics, and siloxanes on a wide variety of substrates and service environments. Normally applied at 8 to 15 mils dry film thickness (DFT) in a single coat, its free spreading characteristics, fast set time, and easy cleanup help to minimize labor costs and down time.

Mainstay® DS-5™ 100% Solids Epoxy Coating utilizes a unique, multi-component curing system that contributes to a number of superior properties: toughness, permanent flexibility, and improved chemical and temperature resistance. This system may be applied at thicknesses up to 125 mils in single or multiple applications, thereby reduc - ing application costs. The absence of solvent reduces shrinkage, cracking, and disbonding and eliminates problems related to solvent entrapment. Mainstay® DS-5 is designed for use in corrosive environments with a pH of 0.5 or lower and is typically used as a topcoat over Mainstay® ML-72 Sprayable Microsilica Restoration Mortar (see section on Application). Mainstay® DS-5 is particularly well suited for protecting sanitary sewer structures such as manholes, lift stations, wet wells, and sewage treatment plant structures.

Madewell® 927™ is a two component penetrating epoxy primer and sealer for porous substrates such as wood, concrete, and other cementitious surfaces. Madewell® 927 is 100% solids, thereby providing a safer working environment. It also has a very low viscosity, which permits easy mixing, application, and deep penetrating action into porous surfaces. Madewell® 927 can be applied to damp surfaces; its unique chemistry permits rapid displacement of substrate moisture and excellent adhesion. In addition, the applied system increases the tensile, compressive, and impact strengths of the substrate. It may be used in a variety of applications, including the sanitary sewer, pulp and paper, chemical processing, steel, metal finishing, and refining industries. Madewell® 927 is recommended as a concrete primer under many Madewell® epoxy coating systems.
