The bergamot market is pretty restrained, mainly due to the lack of use for its juice. It is a citrus cultivated in the south regions of Italy such as the Reggio Calbria and Sicilia but also in the Ivory Coast which shows a more yellowish color. Bergamot oil is mostly used in the perfumery and flavor industries as its cosmetic used, due to its photosensibility properties, is restricted to profesionnals. All these factors make the production of Bergamot pretty harsh and a throughouful anticipation of the necessities is needed for the production
