Tylac 873 is a carboxylated acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer emulsion. Addition of 2 to 10 % (dry/dry solids) in anionic asphalt emulsions improves low temperature flexibility and reduces high temperature tack. Tylac 873 also improves strength and chemical resistance. Features Good resistance to oil, grease and solvents Compatible with anionic asphalt emulsions Broadens the temperature range where the asphalt film is flexible but not tacky Good mechanical stability Good tensile strength
