Protex 10V is a 10 mil latex saturated paper, which has a vinyl coating on one side to increase its abrasion resistance. It can be used in the protection of acrylic and polycarbonate windows, canopies and windshields. It can also be used for bare metal and painted surface protection where added abrasion resistance is required. A liner allows the product to be die-cut if desired.

Protex 10VSVHT-P is a high tack, 10 mil latex saturated paper used to protect glass and acrylic windows, canopies and windshields, as well as bare metals and painted surfaces. The paper is vinyl coated on one side and will withstand more abrasion than thicker paper.

Protex 1321D-3 is a 3 mil polyester film with a pressure sensitive adhesive, designed for surface protection of alclad, polished aluminum and other types of metal surfaces during various machining operations, such as drilling, routing, milling, and some forming operations. It will prevent aluminum chips from scratching the surface of the metal during various operations.

Protex 1445 is a 5 mil polyester film with a high tack pressure sensitive adhesive. It may be applied to aluminum or stainless steel under galley and lavatory areas on commercial aircraft to prevent water damage or oxidation of the metal. Excellent protective material for aircraft windows during stripping operations.

Protex 20S is a 20 mil latex saturated paper designed for applications where extra protection is needed, and high tack is required. Protex 20S has proven to be excellent in protecting graphite composite surfaces and tooling from impact damage that may result in possible interlayer fracturing.

Protex 20V is a 20 mil latex saturated tape which has an external vinyl coating increasing its abrasion resistance. It is used in the protection of acrylic windows, canopies, windshields and certain metal and painted surfaces requiring increased protection. A liner allows product to be die-cut if desired. Protex 20V has proven to be excellent in protecting graphite composite surfaces and tooling from impact damage that may result in possible interlayer fracturing.

Protex 20VS is a 20 mil latex saturated paper used to protect acrylic windows, canopies and windshields, as well as bare metals and painted surfaces. The paper is vinyl coated on one side and will withstand more abrasion than comparable papers. One of the advantages to Protex 20VS adhesive is if it comes into contact with itself (e.g. if the paper is folded), the product will not block. The two surfaces can be pulled apart without the adhesive being pulled off the paper backing on either side. This will prevent having to dispose of any unusable product.

Protex 223-2 is a 2 mil polyester film coated with a very high tack pressure sensitive adhesive. Applied to one side of fiber impregnated or aluminum honeycomb core material to hold in place on vacuum table for milling opposite side. The 2 mil polyester offers more flexibility as needed in some areas.

Protex 223-5 is a 5 mil polyester film coated with a very high tack pressure sensitive adhesive. Applied to aluminum, stainless steel or non-metallic floor panels around galley and lavatory areas on many types of aircraft to prevent water damage, oxidation or corrosion of the metal. Excellent protective material for aircraft windows during stripping operations. This product is not intended for fly-away applications.

Protex 40S is a 4 mil latex saturated paper used for protection of stretched and flat acrylic, plexiglass, polycarbonate, and other plastic surfaces either in flat sheet or formed states.
