Mason Corporation Stannic Chloride Pentahydrate is a solid that is completely soluble in water or alcohol and is available in lump or crushed form. It is hygroscopic and will absorb water. This form of Stannic Chloride is used where the anhydrous product is not required because it is easier to handle and eliminates many of the handling precautions necessary for the Stannic Chloride Anhydrous (fuming liquid).

Mason Corporation Stannous Chloride Dihydrate may be substituted effectively in numerous applications for Stannous Chloride Anhydrous. It is acknowledged to be more difficult to handle because of its low melting point.

Mason Corporation Stannic Chloride Anhydrous is a clear, colorless, heavy fuming liquid. It fumes in moist air to form basic chloride, solid and semisolid hydrates and liberates vapors of hydrogen chloride. It is miscible with most hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons. It is of the highest purity found in the world with no free chlorine present in the final product.

Mason Corporation Stannous Sulfate is a white to slightly yellow, heavy crystalline powder. It is commonly used in acid tin plating baths, liquor finishing and drawing of steel wire. It delivers high current efficiency and smooth, fine-grained deposits. From this bright finish can be obtained by flow melting of through the use of certain additives.
