Dynalene develops, manufactures and distributes industrial heat transfer fluids and coolants such as glycols, which include propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, BioGlycol, solar glycol, Geoglycol as well as other fluids including potassium formate, calcium chloride, hydrocarbon and silicone chemistries.

UTEC® is an Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) product line manufactured exclusively by Braskem. UTEC’s molecular weight is about 10 times greater than High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) resins and its density makes finished parts approximately eight times lighter than steel. This extremely high molecular weight provides UTEC with several outstanding properties, such as: high abrasion wear resistance, high impact resistance, and very low coefficient of friction that makes the material self-lubricating. UTEC can be used for a vast array of applications in the following industries: construction, agriculture, material handling, transportation, textile, pulp and paper, food and beverage, mining, marine, porous plastics, oil and gas, high performance fibers, battery separators and waste water treatment. UTEC is sold in powder form with products spanning a range of molecular weights and particle sizes. The molecular weight begins in the low range (3 million g/mol) and extends to a high range (7 to 10 million g/mol).

Our family of BEAVERLOC® adhesive treated fibers offers the hose engineer a broad spectrum of solutions for a wide variety of rubber types including EPDM, Butyl, CPE, CSM, Vamac, Acrylic, Nitrile, Neoprene and many other rubber compounds.  In addition to adhesion, benefits include more efficient processing, better packaging and a cleaner running fiber.  Our engineered adhesives are available on our full line of industrial fibers.

Based on GMT, the composite GMTex® has been further developed for applications demanding high impact resistance, strength and durability. In the production of these high-performance thermoplastic composites, the basic materials of polypropylene (PP) or polyamide (PA) are reinforced with woven and randomly laid fibers (multi-layer glass fiber technology).

ASCONIUM® are organic liquid-type additives which can provide excellent long-term anticorrosion performance to pigmented or clear coatings.

LUMISIL® products all offer compelling properties: they support highly efficient, low-cost production and feature optimized flow and crosslinking behavior as well as high light resistance. LUMISIL® is supplied in various forms for processing to lenses by dispensing/jetting, transfer molding and injection molding.

METTON provides part design freedom with integrated functionality and part consolidation opportunities similar to injection molding for replacement of traditional materials such as wood and metal. Low internal mold pressures (15 to 30 psi.) allow part sizes up to 120 ft² (9 m²) in closed molds such as machined aluminum, nickel shell or cast aluminum. Adhesion to paint and structural adhesives is excellent. METTON is supplied in closed containers in various sizes from 55 gallon (200 liter) to 5000 gallon (19,000 liter) ISO containers to bulk on-site storage.
