Efficacy Testing

In-vivo testing of effect on anti-wrinkle efficacy of 3% MacPeptide™ 3000

Fifteen female subjects (ages 25-55) applied gel to face twice a day (morning and evening) for 8 weeks.

Conclusion:

• Skin was evaluated 14, 28, and 56 days after application began
• Wrinkle volume, wrinkle area, and overall wrinkle area ratio reduced consistently with continued application
