In-vivo Testing of Effect on Wrinkles (0.5% Nuovo-Proline-16™):
Method: Skin topography was measured as a density sequence using the Visia 3D imaging system. The images are before anti-aging treatment and eight weeks after anti-aging treatment using 0.5% Nuovo-Proline-16™. A significant improvement in contrast depth contours is recorded in the test area.
Wrinkle depth decreased, evidenced by density reduction of 75%
In-vivo Testing of Facial Wrinkle Reduction (0.5% Nuovo-Proline-16™):
Method: Wrinkle depth was measured in two dimensions, using 0.5% Nuovo-Proline-16™ after eight weeks. The dark line represents the initial wrinkle depth 3.2270 (mm) and the light line 3.8780 (mm) represents depth after eight weeks. The graph shows the shallower wrinkle valley after treatment.
Wrinkle depth was reduced by 16.8%
