Melos PC 31-030 is a one component, solvent free polyurethane binder with a high color fastness. PC 31-030 is designed for the production of elastic fall protection surfaces where light fast properties are required.

Melos PC 31-010 is a solvent-free, single-component MDI-based polyurethane binder. It cures with moisture and is designed for the production of elastic rubber granule base layers for sports surfaces. It shows an excellent adhesion to SBR and EPDM rubber.

Melos PC 31-050 is a one component, solvent less MDI/TDI-based prepolymer with low viscosity. PC 31-050 has a long processing time, so it is possible to build acceptable installation seams even a few hours later. PC 31-050 is used particularly as a binding agent in the production of E-layer. PC 31-050 cures under the influence of moisture.
