Molkolac® is a gently partially demineralized whey permeate powder extracted from fresh sweet whey using cutting-edge filtration and drying technology. Thanks to its special organoleptic and functional product characteristics, Molkolac® can also be used in a variety of ways as a lactose and whey powder substitute. For example, it has extremely positive effects on the sensory properties of many food products. It has a wealth of specific functionalities and contributes to browning reactions, for example, as well as facilitating sodium reduction.

Milkolac® is a milk permeate powder with excellent solubility. Unlike whey-based permeate, Milkolac® is made of fresh skim milk. It is produced using ultra-filtration and spray-drying technology. Like Molkolac®, it is partially demineralized and can also be used in higher dosages. The remaining milk minerals and lactose have positive effects on the sensory properties of many foods.

LAC-Shield™ is a heat- killed strain of beneficial Lactobacillus bacteria [Lactobacillus paracasei MCC 1849). This patented strain has been clinically shown to have immune-enhancing benefits. Our high-quality Milei TMP 70 are made from fresh skim milk and cutting-edge filtration and drying technologies. This results in a versatile protein source that contains micellar casein and highly native whey proteins in the natural ratio found in milk, yet with considerably less lactose. MILEIs TMP 70 has an outstanding flavor, great temperature stability and is naturally rich in milk calcium.

Made from fresh cold-micro and ultra filtered sweet whey, Milei® 90 features highest protein quality. It is virtually fat-free and low in lactose and minerals such as sodium. You can see and taste the results: MILEI® 90 is ideally suited for use in high-quality food applications such as clear protein drinks with a highly transparent appearance and clear flavor profile. It is also used in high-quality sports nutrition, clinical nutrition and infant formulae.

Milei Lactoferrin is a multifunctional, iron-binding glycoprotein that is contained in various exocrine fluids such as breast milk. Lactoferrin has biological functions, such as protection against infection, immunomodulation, improvement of the gut flora, iron uptake and various other health-promoting effects. MILEI´s Lactoferrin is extracted in native form and in the utmost purity from fresh whey or milk using pioneering extraction and filtration technologies as well as particularly gentle drying processes. It is used as a premium quality component in a whole range of products, from infant formulae and yogurt through to beverages, food supplements and sports nutrition.

Milei UNMILLED, 100 MESH is a valuable, food-grade ingredient. MILEI extracts lactose from fresh sweet whey using innovative crystallization and drying technologies. Our lactose is especially suitable for use as a high-quality component in infant formula and for other numerous and varied food-related applications. Lactose is available in the milling grades unmilled, 100 Mesh, and 200 Mesh.

Milei® MC 88 is a highly soluble micellar casein concentrates made from fresh skim milk using filtration and spray-drying technology. The product have a protein content of 88% in dry matter.
