Milei® 90 M is a whey protein isolate directly extracted from skim milk using micro filtration and ultra filtration. Extremely gentle processing techniques are used to ensure the highest possible protein nativity. Milei® 90 M features outstanding functional properties and has a distinctly different amino-acid profile to that of traditional whey proteins derived from the production of cheese. The special production process means that Milei® 90 M is particularly suitable for specific nutritional requirements, first and foremost for use in infant formulae.

Milkolac® is a milk permeate powder with excellent solubility. Unlike whey-based permeate, Milkolac® is made of fresh skim milk. It is produced using ultra-filtration and spray-drying technology. Like Molkolac®, it is partially demineralized and can also be used in higher dosages. The remaining milk minerals and lactose have positive effects on the sensory properties of many foods.
