Miller-Stephenson Chemical MS-470C Urethane Conformal Coatings is a non-flammable, solvent-based, one-component polyurethane conformal coating provided in the convenience of aerosol. Our coating provides excellent electrical and barrier properties in a thinfilm applications on components and PCBs. When fully cured, the applied urethane coating exhibits superior toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent moisture and chemical resistance. MS-470C will maintain its properties even after long exposure to the elements with minimal color change.

Properly applied, our product develops a durable, thin-film on surfaces typically between 10-20 µm. ShieldSys™ MX120 can also be used in numerous anti-stick applications and is resistant to temperatures up to 275 °C. ShieldSys™ 402 PTFE Wire Coating is a solvent-based system designed to provide robust anti-stick and wear resistance for a variety of applications and substrates. This coating adds high lubricity and low coefficient of friction properties to metal, glass, rubber, and plastic surfaces. Utilization of a specialized binding system allows for enhance durability and wear resistance. ShieldSys 402 solvent-based formulation offers accelerated drying and cure times relative to ShieldSys 815 and 520. Properly applied, it will develop a high adhesion, durable coating that excels on all insulating or conducting applications and as a dry barrier lubricant.

ShieldSys™ SB is high advanced fluoropolymer medical device coating designed specifically to provide extremely low coefficient of friction, eliminate “slip-stick” non-release issues on body tissue, minimizes build-up and fouling and imparts an ease cleaning surface to medical devices. This coating utilizes a proprietary fluoropolymer resin system designed to generate a highly durable, abrasion resistant, and chemically inert thin-film (5-10 microns) coating on the applied surface.
