Minerios Ouro Branco Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is chemically inert and is obtained by reacting a solution of calcium chloride with a solution of sodium carbonate, or by passing carbon dioxide through a suspension of lime milk. It is presented in medium, light and extra light types, differentiated only by granulometry, with the medium being the thickest and the extra light being the finest. Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is white, fine, odorless, insoluble, light, porous powder with high oil absorption.
