To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and mold temperature should be between 40-80°C. Furthermore, the polymer should be protected from light and stored at no more than 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® SAN A YL5063-15 is a yellow color pigment suitable for use in various polymer blends. It has a dosage of 2.0% for extrusion and 2.0% for injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity and application area. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, and is dust-free with a high dispersibility and additive content. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 2030/106 GF30 is a heat-stabilized, high-surface-gloss polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% glass fibers. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® SAN BK5087-19 is a black color pigment with a light fastness colorant of blue woolscale 8.
