MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/670 is a Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with good flow and processing stability. It is suitable for processing in injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-240°C and mold temperature of 50-80°C, and is suitable for applications in Medical/Personal Care, Packaging, Interior Decoration/Finishing, Hygiene products, and various injection molded parts. Pre-drying Conditions are 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h, 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. To ensure the best results, it should be stored in a dry and light-protected environment at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
