MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® TPU EH A 950-3880 is a Thermoplastic Urethan Elastomer with a dosage of 5% for extrusion and 5% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. It contains a lubricant and a release agent, is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, has high dispersibility, and a high additive content. MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA-UV V 1955/2 is a polyamide polymer designed for use in building and construction applications. It is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding processes with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Dosage should be adjusted depending on the application and operational area, wall thickness, and required color intensity, ranging from 2-5%. This polymer has special features, such as being highly UV stabilized, having high dispersibility, being dust-free, and having a high additive content.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0207-14 OA is a base polymer of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has special features of slip agent, migration towards the surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 180-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-40°C, as well as extrusion dependent on the application and operational area. It is recommended for use in the food processing industry, household goods, packaging, and other injection molded, extruded, and blow molded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA IM NC2595-14 is a high-impact, modified and heat-stabilized polyamide 66 base polymer, suitable for application in cable ties. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The injection molding temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV A WT3061-13 is a white colorant, similar to RAL 9016, with a dosage of 6.0% for extrusion and 6.0% for injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has high additive content and high dispersibility. It is suitable for use in electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, as well as sport and leisure applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV A BK1356-04 is a black colorant with a light fastness of 8 on the Blue Wool Scale. It is based on an Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS) polymer and contains a light stabilizer filler/additive system. The colorant is easy to flow, UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and dust-free, with a high dispersibility and additive content. It is suitable for use in injection molded parts for electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, with a dosage of 5%, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity based on the application and operational area.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function HTC UV A WT3057-09 is a blue woolscale 8 light fastness colorant with a dosage of 3.0% extrusion and 3.0% injection molding. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, and is suitable for use in High Temperature Copolyester. This colorant is typically used in various applications, and should be pre-dried at 90°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 4-6 hours. The recommended processing injection molding temperature is melt temperature 260-280°C and mold temperature 40-65°C. Additionally, the thermal stability of the colorant should not exceed 280°C.

This product contains a lubricant and release agent as a filler/additive system, and has the special feature of slip agent, easy release (demolding), and migration towards the surface. It is intended for use in the automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments for injection molded parts and extruded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® POM SL 0268-19 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer with a dosage of 1.0-2.0% for extrusion and 1.0-2.0% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. It has a natural color, is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, is dust-free, and has a high dispersibility and additive content. It is intended for use in the electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments, and can be used for injection molded parts, blow molded parts, and extruded parts. For optimal use, it should be stored in a dry place, protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS UV CX BG1049-05 is a colorant with a light fastness blue woolscale 8, a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and a filler/additive system of light stabilizer, antioxidant. It has a beige color, similar to RAL 7032 and RAL 7044, and is highly UV stabilized, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, dust-free, and has a high additive content.
