MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PE SL FC 0205-14 EA is a base polymer consisting of polyethylene low density with a filler/additive system of 2% lubricant. It has a minimum shelf life of 6 months and is dosage dependent on application and operational area, with 5% extrusion and 5% injection molding. It has special features including a slip agent, migration towards surface, food contact, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALPERFORM® PA IM NC2595-14 is a high-impact, modified and heat-stabilized polyamide 66 base polymer, suitable for application in cable ties. For optimal performance, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. The injection molding temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® ABS A GY77-4071 is a gray-colored Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene (ABS) copolymer that has similar color properties to RAL 7016. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC GY5020-17 is a gray colorant for use in polycarbonate, with a dosage of 2.0% for extrusion and 2.0% for injection molding depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments and features dust-free, high dispersibility and high additive content. It has a Light Fastness colorant of blue woolscale 7 and should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-3 h depending on moisture content. It has excellent weather resistance and UV protection.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA A RD3104-10 is a red colorant used for injection molding and extrusion applications with a base polymer of Polyamide 6. It is similar to RAL 3003 and RAL 3011, with a dosage of 2% depending on wall thickness and required color intensity. It is free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, is dust-free with a high additive content and high dispersibility. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC A GN1392-06TR is a blue woolscale 7 light fastness colorant with a green color similar to RAL 6027. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and dust-free with a high dispersibility and additive content. It is suitable for use in polycarbonate and is suitable for injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PA YL5026-18 is a yellow colorant with a light fastness woolscale of 6, free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and with high dispersibility, designed for use in Polyamide 6 applications such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
