SilShine™ 151 Gloss Additive is a silicone film former that delivers visually perceivable high shine to lips and hair. It offers high refractive index, non-volatility, non-migration and organic compatibility. Its silicone resin structure gives excellent film forming properties. Momentive Performance Materials SF1204 Silicone Fluid are mixtures of cyclic dimethyl siloxanes. SF1204 is ~15% cyclopentasiloxane and ~85% cyclotetrasiloxane, SF1256 is ~25% cyclohexasiloxane and ~75% cyclopentasiloxane, and SF1258 silicone fluid is ~35% cyclohexasiloxane and ~65% cyclopentasiloxane. SF1173 and SF1202 silicone fluids are mainly single component of volatile cyclic dimethyl siloxanes where SF1173 is primarily cyclotetrasiloxane, and SF1202 is primarily cyclopentasiloxane.
