Montchevre® Goat Milk Cheddar Cheese is hand-crafted with full respect for traditional cheddar manufacturing processes. Our cheddar has a smooth and creamy texture and is very light with a mild goat milk tang. It’s a great alternative to cow's milk cheddar.

Montchevre® Chevre in Blue® Cheese was the very first cheese produced by the company in 1988. Since then, it has continued to win awards and receive recognition from chefs and consumers around the country. This rindless cheese is made from prime quality goat milk and aged over 90 days allowing the flavor of the goat milk to mature and blend in with the blue. Throughout this process, the blue and gray veins of the cheese mature and permeate the wheel. The light tang of the goat cheese blends beautifully with the blue and makes for a rich and complex bite.
