Morechem™ Fermented Birch Sap Juice

Birch is a deciduous tree and an ingredient of firewood, furniture or a garden plant. Almost all parts - sap, dried bark(bakhwapi), timber and so on- has been widely used, so it is often called 'Queen of Forest.' Birch emits water in the afternoon which is absorbed at night. We can get this water, sap, by scratching its stem. Sap contains fructose and glucose, so it tastes sweet. Also, there are magnesium, calcium and amino acids in the sap.
