MORTON® STAR FLAKE® DENDRITIC SALT is a high purity, food grade salt formed in porous, star-shaped modified cubes. Morton Salt is the only manufacturer of dendritic salt. Its unique and diverse physical properties result in low bulk density, a rapid dissolving rate, exceptional flow characteristics, strong blendability, unmatched liquid adsorption and a quick, salty sensation.

MORTON® STAR FLAKE® DENDRITIC SALT

MORTON® MEDIUM SEA SALT is a food grade sea salt. The Medium Sea Salt crystal size makes it ideal for baked good toppings, dry blends, seasonings, meat, poultry and fish. Morton® TFC Medium Sea Salt is prepared by treating Medium Sea Salt with a water-soluble anti-caking agent. Produced through environmentally friendly method, the entire Morton sea salt portfolio helps you to achieve sustainability goals.

MORTON® EXTRA FINE 70 SEA SALT is a food grade sea salt. The salt crystals are small and blend easily, making it ideal for cereals, dry blends &amp; seasonings, snacks &amp; sweets. Produced through environmentally friendly method, the entire Morton sea salt portfolio helps you to achieve sustainability goals.

MORTON® EXTRA FINE 70 SEA SALT

MORTON® EXTRA FINE REFINED SEA SALT is food grade granulated salt harvested from the waters of the San Francisco Bay. It is carefully purified, recrystallized and screened to produce a smaller, “extra fine” particle size.

MORTON® EXTRA FINE REFINED SEA SALT

MORTON® WHITE PRETZEL MEDIUM SALT is an intensely white and clean salt that provides visual and textual appeal to soft pretzels, breadsticks and other topical applications as well as seasonings and rubs. Whether you are enhancing the esthetics and flavor of your snacks or providing that satisfying “crunch” and burst of flavor, look to Morton Salt and our White Pretzel Coarse and Medium. To best serve the needs of our food processing and foodservice customers, the White Pretzel Coarse is available in 25lb and 50 lb bags, and the White Pretzel Medium in the 50 lb bag size. Our salt complies with Food Chemicals Codex and federal CGMP standards and is annually certified as Kosher for Passover.

MORTON® SELECT SEA SALT is a medium grade sea salt. The crystal size makes it ideal for baked good toppings, dry blends, seasonings, table styled seasonings, meat, poultry and fish. TFC Select Sea Salt is prepared by treating Select Sea Salt with a water-soluble anti-caking agent. Produced through environmentally friendly method, the entire Morton sea salt portfolio helps you to achieve sustainability goals.

MORTON® SELECT SEA SALT

MORTON® TFC 999® FINE SALT is high purity, fine-screened, food grade granulated salt that is cubic in structure. Higher purity helps assure consistent saltiness intensity. Brine treatment, crystallizing technique, and post-crystallizing washing substantially reduce calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and other heavy metals, sulfate and carbonate impurities.

MORTON® TFC 999® FINE SALT

MORTON® ROCK PRETZEL SALT is carefully selected for food grade purity and contains no additives. As a result, Rock Pretzel Salt is considered “Natural” and can be used in products labeled “Natural” and/or “Organic”. Its unique characteristics include uniform, flat, rectangular-shaped particles which adhere well as a topping for pretzels and other topical applications, seasonings, hard rolls, and coarse rubs. A distinctive feature of Rock Pretzel Salt is that it has a translucent appearance.

MORTON® ROCK PRETZEL SALT

MORTON® TOP FLAKE TOPPING SALT is food grade sodium chloride, screened and compacted into flat, smooth-surfaced, rectangular aggregates that provide strong adhesion. Top Flake Topping Salt particles tend to be harder and are less susceptible to attrition during storage and handling than grainer flake salt. Its white, opaque color is visually appealing.
