FOAM BAN® MS-575 is a 3-Dimensional Siloxane compound defoamer emulsion for use in aqueous metalworking fluids. Primary applications include petroleum based soluble oils, semi-synthetics and synthetic fluids.

FOAM BAN® 257 is a fluorosilicone defoamer designed for use in a variety of non-aqueous fluids. The theoretical value for elemental Si content in FOAM BAN® 257 is in the range of 0.1-0.3%. This is a calculated value based on its components.

AGITAN® DF 999 should be used without further dilution. The defoamer is Mineral oil-free, no adverse effect on printing rollers, retains heigh efficiency, encourages drainage and collapse of colloid stabilized foams.

FOAM BAN® EC 200 is a non-PDMS, non-silica, non-mineral oil defoamer. It is specifically designed to provide excellent compatibility with antifreeze coolant concentrates and subsequent dilutions in glycol or water. It provides excellent foam control in the standard antifreeze foam test, ASTM D1881. As needed for ease of incorporation, FOAM BAN® EC 200 may be diluted 1:1 in water just prior to use.

AGITAN P 841 is recommended for application in dry blends which are dissolved in water before application. The addition of AGITAN P 841 results in low foaming solutions, specifically aqueous pastes or masses with very low air content. In some mortar systems AGITAN P 841 shows a plastisizing effect, meaning the spreading value is increased. This is ideal for jointless flooring compounds. In some systems setting time is prolonged but curing time is not influenced.

TAFIGEL PUR 82 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 82 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems.
