This product is suitable for use in formulations that must comply with the European Regulation on Cosmetics (1223/2009/EC) and Detergents (648/2004/EC) and their subsequent amendments.
Storage & Handling
- Storage & Handling
The product becomes highly viscous and / or solidifies at low temperatures and therefore must be protected against frost. It is recommended to store and process the product at temperatures > 20ºC to avoid a decrease in its flow ability.
Temperatures higher than 50ºC, particularly over a prolonged period, can lead to hydrolysis with the corresponding increase in acidity. In any case, pH values above 4.0 should not affect the quality of the product.
- Preservation
The product does not contain a preservative as it is relatively resistant to microbial contamination due to the high concentration of the product.
