RILEPROT EB PLUS is a milk protein which is used for the production of white cheese, without draining, adding only water and milk or vegetable fat.

RILEPROT 3A-4A blend containing milk protein, gelatin, modified starch for the production of yogurt with 8%-10% fat. No need of fresh milk.

RILEPROT 7A blend containing milk protein, gelatin, modified starch for the production of yogurt with 2% fat. No need of fresh milk.
