x-bond® E 9011 is a epoxy modified silicon oxide. It is a waterborne, inorganic-organic translucent binder. Can be cured at low temperatures. Formulations based on this binder enhance abrasion resistance and protect from corrosion. Due to the pH neutrality with aluminum and zinc pigments, low gassing waterborne corrosion protection coatings for steel can be formulated. Suitable to formulate spraying, dipping and brushing paints as well as coatings for coil applications.

x-bond® M 9004 is a methacrylate modified silicon dioxide and zirconia based high solid binder. Exhibits hardness, high abrasion, scratch stability with high chemical resistance (solvents, acids and bases). The coatings can be cross-linked by UV or electron beam curing. Thermal curing is also possible. It is a transparent or translucent inorganic-organic high solid binder. Suitable to formulate spraying, dipping and brushing paints and coatings for coil applications. Recommended for use in varnishes also.

x-bond® M 9028 is a methacrylate modified silicon dioxide and zirconia based high solid binder. Exhibits hardness, high abrasion, scratch stability with high chemical resistance (solvents, acids and bases). The coatings can be cross-linked by UV or electron beam curing. Thermal curing is also possible. It is a transparent or translucent inorganic-organic high solid binder. Suitable to formulate spraying, dipping and brushing paints and coatings for coil applications. Recommended for use in varnishes also.

x-bond® T 9070 is a condensed silane in alcohol based binder. Exhibits high temperature stability, good abrasion and corrosion resistance. It is a transparent, inorganic-organic sol-gel material which catalyzes the degradation of organic compounds at high temperatures. It is free of fluorine and other halogens. Applications in temperature stable catalytic coatings and tarnish protection. Typical substrates are stainless steel, aluminum, glass or ceramic. Also suitable for surfaces in food contact. Suited for formulation of spray, dip and brush-on paints as well as for coatings used in roller application.

x-bond® T 9027 is a condensed silane in alcohol based binder. Exhibits high temperature stability, good abrasion and corrosion resistance. It is a transparent, inorganic-organic sol-gel material which catalyzes the degradation of organic compounds at high temperatures. It is free of fluorine and other halogens. Recommended for use in automotive coatings, clear coats, pigmented paints and coatings for plastic, wood or metal.
