x-bond® M 9004 is a methacrylate modified silicon dioxide and zirconia based high solid binder. Exhibits hardness, high abrasion, scratch stability with high chemical resistance (solvents, acids and bases). The coatings can be cross-linked by UV or electron beam curing. Thermal curing is also possible. It is a transparent or translucent inorganic-organic high solid binder. Suitable to formulate spraying, dipping and brushing paints and coatings for coil applications. Recommended for use in varnishes also.
