Nanovia PA-6 CFcarbon fibers reducing shrinkage (warping), makes it possible to print polyamide (nylon) more simply and quickly. This FDM filament is perfectly suited to printing mechanical parts with a shock absorption capacity and good heat resistance up to 100°C. Nanovia PA-6 CF is widely used in industry, especially automotive. It is thus used to produce functional prototypes, mechanical parts or even hinges or cogs.

Nanovia ABS AF combines good inter layer adhesion, dimensional control, and shock resistant making it ideal for tooling.

Nanovia PETG CF allows for the creation of functional projects with ease thanks to its carbon fiber reinforced structure. Nanovia PETg CF allows for the creation of structural 3D prints with low warping thanks to its compound carbon fibers structure. This composite 3D filament has been specially designed to be compatible with standard 3D printers equipped with a heated bed.

PC CF carbon fiber reduces the polycarbonate’s tendency to warp during printing, whilst increasing its mechanical properties. These added fibers also increase the material’s UV resistance, native polycarbonate being sensible to it.

ABS AF Carbon fiber reinforced benefits from better mechanical properties compared to native ABS, and allows for less warping and as a result, easier printing.
