About Us

We are National Company for Chemical Industries NASYDCO, a pioneer producer for Emulsion Polymers mainly PVAC (polyvinyl acetate) NASYDCO is a joint stock company. Our plant is located in Sadat City in a strategic place among all the main industrial cities in Egypt. NASYDCO has established its activities in 1986 to produce textile auxiliary chemicals. In 1992 NASYDCO has adopted a growth strategy and decided to build a new unit for emulsion polymerization to produce polyvinyl acetate homo and co-polymer iso 9001 which are used in many applications, stiffening for carpet & textile, adhesive for wood & paper, binder for emulsion paints and textile print binder . Also we have different chemicals for paper industry (Optical brightener, AKD Sizing agent, antifoam).

POLIVA CF-E

Poliva CF-E is a vinyl acetate/VEOVA copolymer, especially designed to be used as a binder in matt and economic paints.

POLIVA 55 New

Features:Outdoor Durability, Excellent Flow, Alkali Resistance, Abrasion Resistance

POLIVA 55 New is a medium particle size dispersion of a vinyl acetate /veova copolymer, which is designed for use in a wide variety of decorative paints and surfaces finishes. Paints based on POLIVA 55 New have improved wet scrub resistance, exterior durability and alkali resistance. In addition they are marked by excellent flow and outstanding stability to prolonged storage. POLIVA 55 New has, in general, very high compounding stability and may be blended with dry pigment and extenders in the formulation of high build coatings.

POLIVA AH55

POLIVA AH55 is a copolymer emulsion, internally plasticized with acrylic ester with a non-Volatile content of approx. 55 %. It has medium to high viscosity and strong binding power and it is suitable for the production of paints with high external durability, like texture coatings (ex: Granite & Graffiato) where high water & weathering resistance required. In addition, it is suitable for paints with high PVC, where good flexibility needed.

POLIVA GR-55

POLIVA K58

Poliva K58 is a copolymer emulsion, internally plasticized with acrylic ester with a non-Volatile content of approx. 58 %. It has medium to high viscosity and strong binding power, so it is suitable for the production of paints with high PVC & emulsion putty.

POLIVA CF

Poliva GR is a water based copolymer emulsion based on Vinyl Acetate / Veova10. It is suitable for the production of paints with high PVC, decorative paints, granite and graffiato applications because it has very good durability and excellent weathering resistance.

POLIVA AH

POLIVA AH is a copolymer emulsion, internally plasticized with acrylic ester with a non-Volatile content of approx. 50%. It has medium to high viscosity and strong binding power and it is suitable for the production of texture coatings (ex: Granite & Graffiato) where high water resistance properties required. In addition, it is suitable for paints with high PVC, where good flexibility and excellent weathering resistance needed.
