Naxsoft® NA-8 is an aqueous solution of a primary alkane sulfonate which exhibits low foaming, excellent coupling properties, and is biodegradable. It has excellent hydrotrope and wetting properties in both high and low pH systems, is soluble in both highly acidic and basic formulations, and is compatible with bleach. Naxsoft® NA-8 is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical listing and meets DfE criteria.

WeylClean® SAS 30 is a secondary alkane sulfonate sodium salt (paraffin sulfonate), which is used in all types of liquid washes and cleaning agents, especially suited for highly concentrated products. It functions as an anionic, biodegradable surfactant for the detergent, chemical-technical, and cosmetic industries.

Naxonate® 4LS is our standard sodium xylene sulfonate, exhibiting reduced sulfone levels, which can be imperative for achieving clarity in formulated systems, especially upon dilution. Naxcat® 1270 is a diluted version of Naxsoft® 98S in isopropanol. This product is used as a catalyst in polymer and coating applications. It is also used in photographic and printing applications. The product appears as a transparent, dark liquid that is dispersible in water.

Naxsoft® 98S is a versatile, economical, and highly active linear acid that is biodegradable and can be used as a component in acidic products such as aluminum cleaners and liquid bowl cleaners. It can also be neutralized with a variety of inorganic bases or organic amines to customize the sulfonate for the end product. It is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical listing and meets DfE criteria.

Naxcat® MOD ACID 35 is an aromatic sulfonic acid, a blend of acids that offers a lower water concentration than Naxcat® MOD ACID. It has a TSA/XSA blend, promoting a low freezing temperature for easy handling while maintaining a high degree of acidity.

Naxaf® HSP is a sodium salt of polymeric naphthalene sulfonate condensates, which are readily soluble in water, glycerol, ethylene glycol, and diethylene glycol and slightly soluble in most alcohols but insoluble in most organic solvents. As a powder, it is a convenient alternative to liquids for processes or storage capabilities that are not suitable. It is used as a major ingredient in different types of superplasticizer formulations, and in concrete, it enhances the flow properties of the mix by dispersing the cement particles and breaking up agglomerates, improving the workability of the mix, and adding acids.

Naxan® PLUS BFL is a unique product in our ANS product line that is the fastest wetter with good hydrotroping abilities and is designed to generate foam for applications such as carpet shampoos, liquid car washes, hand dishwashes, etc. where foam enhances the performance of the product. It meets the requirements of OECD Test Method 301B and is classified as "Ultimately Biodegradable", allowing for the formulation of biodegradable products based on the Naxan® PLUS series. This series is also listed on the Cleangredients Chemical Listing and meets DfE criteria.

Naxonac® 8610 is an alkyl phenol ether phosphate designed to provide emulsification, solubility, coupling, and detergency in water-soluble applications. As an anionic surfactant, one of the main advantages of the phosphate ester is its stability and solubility in alkali systems. It can be used as hydrotropes to couple nonionic surfactant systems that are not soluble and at the same time increase wetting and detergency properties.

Naxcat® TSA-65W is 65% active toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) diluted in water. This acid is formulated for easier handling, due to its lower viscosity compared to more concentrated TSA. It is the strongest of Nease Co., LLC's organic acids and can be used for a variety of industrial applications.

Naxcat® MOD ACID is a blend of TSA (toluenesulfonic acid) and XSA (xylene sulfonic acid) acids that promote low freezing temperatures for ease of handling, while maintaining a high degree of acidity. Aromatic sulfonic acids are produced by sulfonating aromatic compounds with sulfuric acid, SO3, or oleum. They are comparable in strength to mineral acids, such as sulfuric acid, but are particularly suitable for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid may cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxonate® 40SC is an effective hydrotrope with broad formulation compatibility, boasting an active level of 40% and providing increased low-temperature stability with moderate sulfate levels. It is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical Listing and meets the criteria of the Design for the Environment (DfE).

Naxonac® 690-50 is an alkyl phenol ether phosphate designed to meet your needs as an emulsifier, imparting corrosion resistance in the emulsion polymerization of vinyl acetate and highly carboxylated acrylics and enhancing detergency in alkaline systems. It does not discolor when used to de-dust alkaline powders.

WeylClean® SKS-6 WB is a layered sodium disilicate, a modern water softening system that works via ion exchange processes without the formation of precipitates. It shows excellent calcium and magnesium ion elimination, especially at low water hardness conditions. It is compatible with sensitive detergent additives and has good heavy metal binding capacity.

Naxolate® AS-LN90 is a sodium lauryl sulfate in needle form, offering the advantage of a high-activity solid with minimal dusting. As an anionic surfactant, it has good detergency, emulsification, high foaming, and wetting properties and is widely used in light-duty laundry detergents, fine fabric washes, shampoos, and many personal care applications. Additionally, it is used in many formulations for its thickening effect.

Naxonate® 4AX is an effective hydrotrope used in neutral detergents and shampoos. It imparts counter-ion compatibility as well as low sulfate levels. Hydrotropes are a proven answer to solubility problems in a wide variety of commercial applications. Optimum hydrotrope selection can result in enhanced system performance.

Naxonate® 4KT is a highly effective hydrotrope with performance similar to that of sodium xylenesulfonate and sodium toluenesulfonate. It imparts counter-ion compatibility. The major advantage of using Naxonate® 4KT in formulations is that it has a lower sulfate content compared to SXS and STS.

Naxonac® T50 is a polyethylene alkyl ether phosphate designed to meet the requirements for use as an emulsifier in the production of acrylics, vinyl-acrylics, and styrene-acrylic emulsion polymers. It can be converted to its salt form for use in emulsion polymerization, making it highly effective in the production of stable emulsion polymers.

Naxolate® AS-LC30-K is an anionic surfactant that provides excellent detergency, emulsification, high foaming, and wetting properties. It is widely used in light-duty laundry detergents, fine fabric washes, shampoos, and many personal care applications, as well as in many formulations for its thickening effect.

Naxchem® N-Foam 802 is a specialized blend of alkyl ether phosphate, designed for use in foaming applications and as a curing and foaming agent in resin production. When neutralized, it can be used as a cleaning agent. It is highly effective at producing stable foam.

Naxamide® CD-231 is a 2:1 modified amide that acts as a foam booster and increases detergent effectiveness synergistically with other surfactants, such as anionic systems. In liquid formulations, it will increase viscosity without increasing the cloud point, as well as act as an emollient to increase mildness. Additionally, it can be used as a textile scouring, softening, and sizing agent, and it exhibits good emulsification properties.

Naxonac® 1595 is an anionic surfactant that can be used as an emulsifier in agrochemical and cleaning formulations due to its stability at high temperatures and in alkaline and electrolyte systems. It is also advantageous as it can act as a hydrotrope to couple nonionic surfactant systems that are not soluble, thereby increasing wetting and detergency properties.

Naxcat® CSA-95 is a concentrated organic acid with excellent solvency, an advantage when working with organic chemicals in acid systems. It is used as an industrial catalyst, descaling agent, plating aid in electroplating, and as a raw material in the manufacturing of dyes and pigments. It is also an intermediate for the detergent industry, and a hydrotrope and coupler.

Naxan® DIL is a unique product in our offering, being the lightest in color and having a low odor, very fast wetting, and good hydrotropic properties. It is also the most hydrophobic product in our line, which is an advantage in formulations requiring "rinse off" functionality, as well as allowing for better color management in the end product when low color is essential.

Naxan® PLUS UFL exhibits very fast wetting and is designed to foam the least compared to any other product in the ANS line. It is essential for specialized cleaners, such as industrial bottle wash, as foam can be a deterrent to the process. This series meets the requirements of OECD Test Method 301B and is classified as "Ultimately Biodegradable", making it suitable for the formulation of biodegradable products. It is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical listing and meets DfE criteria.

Naxchem® DDB-502 is a linear alkylbenzene (C10-C13) sulfonation feedstock used for producing biodegradable surfactants and powder detergents. It is a key additive and building block that can be used in the manufacture of textiles, inks, dyes, plastics, agricultural chemicals, and metal plating.

Naxcat® XSA-90 is a strong, concentrated organic acid that is completely liquid. For ease of handling as compared with TSA-95. Naxcat® XSA-90 will not crystallize at low temperatures, offering acid strength and fluidity. It is comparable in strength to mineral acids such as sulfuric acid, but is especially suitable for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid could cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxonate® 45SC is our most effective hydrotrope, with an active level of 45%. It requires slightly higher storage temperatures and has moderate sulfate levels. Additionally, it is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical listing and also meets the DfE criteria.

Naxonac® 965A is an ammonium salt of the phosphate ester Naxonac® 965, which is useful in the emulsion polymerization of a broad range of emulsion polymers, including acrylics, vinyl-acrylics, and styrene-acrylics. As an anionic surfactant, one of the main advantages of phosphate esters is their stability and solubility in alkaline systems. They can also be used as hydrotropes, enabling the coupling of non-ionic surfactant systems that are otherwise not soluble while increasing wetting and detergency properties.

Naxan® DIA is the acid version of Naxan® DIL and Naxan® DI-AN products. It is used in oil field applications. This emulsion breaker product is used in enhanced oil recovery systems to resolve emulsions caused during the extraction and processing of crude oil.

Naxan® PLUS AAL exhibits good wetting, hydrotroping, and moderate foam and has a darker color than Naxan® PLUS ABL. It is designed for industrial applications where color is not crucial to the end product. This series now meets the requirements of OECD Test Method 301B and is classified as "ultimately biodegradable" as well as non-toxic to aquatic life, making it possible to formulate biodegradable products based on the Naxan® PLUS series of surface-active hydrotropes. Additionally, the Naxan® PLUS series is listed on the Cleangredients Chemical listing and meets DfE criteria.

Naxan® 110 has excellent wetting and hydrotroping properties with moderate foaming, making it suitable as a condensate for use primarily as dispersants in a wide variety of industrial applications. It falls between Naxan® ABL and Naxan® 220 in terms of foaming and wetting capabilities.
