Nexceris Lanthanum Strontium Manganite Cathode Ink is made using our quality LSM powder to provide an excellent cathode ink. It can be used to fabricate your own cells, and can be used to enhance contact of your solid oxide fuel cell to the test manifold.

Nexceris LSM-YSZ Composite Cathode Ink is excellent for fabricating your own SOFC with a composite cathode. The composite cathode inks have demonstrated better adhesion to the dense electrolyte surface which can enhance your overall cell performance. This ink is fabricated using our quality ink manufacturing processes and provides and a screen printable ink that is excellent for incorporating into your own cell manufacturing process.

Nexceris Lanthanum Strontium Cobalt Ferrite Cathode Powder is one of the two primary cathode materials used by SOFC developers and manufacturers (LSM being the other). LSCF offers good performance at operating temperatures of 750°C and lower, which makes it a quality option for use with anode-supported SOFCs. Our LSCF powder is prepared with a slight A-site deficiency to improve its stability. LSCF can be used with zirconia (YSZ and ScSZ) ceria (GDC and SDC) and lanthanum gallate-based electrolytes.

Nexceris Gadolinium Doped Ceria 10% Gd - Premium Powder is designed to provide high performance membranes and coatings with wide processing flexibility. Our Gadolinium Doped Ceria 10% Gd – Premium Powder (GDC10) has been developed with higher surface area, finer particle size, and a narrower particle size distribution. These characteristics make it an excellent choice for enhancing triple-phase boundary areas in composite electrodes, reducing process temperatures, or increasing density of electrolyte membranes.

Nexceris NiO-YSZ Anode Ink is a composite anode ink that offers good adhesion to the dense electrolyte surface which can enhance your overall cell performance. This ink is made using our quality ink manufacturing processes that provide a screen printable ink for easy incorporation into your own cell manufacturing process.

Nexceris Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (8 mole %) - Nanopowder is a commonly used and well-characterized ceramic electrolyte material. This nanoscale grade of YSZ-8 powder (with crystallite size of 5 - 10 nm and surface area of > 100 m2/gram) is offered for use as a sintering aid or as an activity-enhancing additive in composite cathodes and cermet anodes. As provided, the nanoscale YSZ-8 powder is agglomerated and needs to be further processed in order for optimum dispersion.

Nexceris Samarium Doped Ceria (20% Sm) - Premium Powder is designed to provide high-performance materials with wide processing flexibility. Our SDC20 Premium Powder has been developed with increased surface area, finer average particle size, and a narrower particle size distribution. These characteristics make it an excellent choice for enhancing triple-phase boundary areas in composite electrodes, reducing process temperatures, or developing new process technologies.
