NM Gelcoat 275 is applied in two layers with a brush. Advisable is to brush one layer in the morning and the other during the afternoon. The laminating could start the day after.
Mixing is very important. After mixing resin and hardener, pour the mixture to a new pot and mix again. This to avoid unmixed material from the bottom of the can when applying it.
An epoxy gelcoat has always a tendency to become yellowish. Therefore should a pure white gelcoat be avoided.
- Typical applications
Surface resin for laminates.
