Norevo Quick Chew is a gelatin-free texturizer for chewy candies and toffees. It is based on vegetable raw ingredients and can be used to produce sugary as well as sugar-free chewy confectionery. Quick Chew helps create customized, gelatin-free textures and is therefore suitable for the production of vegetarian and vegan chewy candies.

Norevo Quick Gloss plus is a universally applicable liquid glazing and sealing agent for panned goods and cereals on chocolate or fat compound basis. Quick Gloss plus creates a perfect and solid gloss, even under difficult production conditions. Thanks to its 2-in-1 formula for polishing and sealing, it can also do without the application of a separate sealing agent.

Norevo Monoflora Honey is a liquefied, homogenized, and purified honey primarily made from the nectar of a single type of plant, e.g. acacia, chestnut, orange, Manuka or forest honey.

Norevo Quick Sour is an acidifying agent for sugar-coated products. Quick Sour allows to add a strong citric acid layer without compromising a product’s stability. Quick Sour is a powdery acidifying agent which, depending on the quantity used, produces a customized sour flavor. Its specific composition and application technology prevents acid migration, staining, and stickiness.

Norevo Quick Sol is an ideal glazing agent for chocolate-coated goods with uneven surfaces, such as chocolate-coated cereal flakes, panned goods (dragées), raisins, or other dried fruit. It provides a homogeneous and stable surface brilliance while protecting the crisp structure of the cereal flakes and panned goods.

Norevo Quick Fizz is a fine powder that gives coated sweets a sour effervescent powder effect. The encapsulation of the sodium bicarbonate allows for producing stable coated goods without their crust bursting. The effervescent effect is only released upon chewing.

Norevo Dark Agave Syrup is an organic agave syrup in dark quality with a malty, caramel taste. It is pure, aromatic, and natural-coloring sweetening agent. It is a syrup concentrate from vegetable origin which is obtained from the Mexican, wild-growing Agave salmiana or Agave tequilana (blue weber) plants. It has a stronger sweetening impact than sugar and can be applied as a natural, vegan sweetening agent. Agave syrup is primarily used in the food and beverage industry. Thanks to its high sweetness, it reduces the need for refined sugar, making agave syrup extremely popular as a certified organic and vegan trend product, especially among nutrition-conscious people.
