Norevo Monoflora Honey is a liquefied, homogenized, and purified honey primarily made from the nectar of a single type of plant, e.g. acacia, chestnut, orange, Manuka or forest honey.

Norevo Honey Powder is pulverized honey with mild taste, is odorless and is particularly suitable for dry recipes, declaration-friendly. It is half honey and half maltodextrin. It is manufactured using a special vacuum belt drying process.

Norevo Candelilla Wax Pastilles is made from candelilla wax obtained from the leaves of the candelilla shrub (Euphorbia cerifera and Euphorbia antisyphilitica) native to northern Mexico. This vegetable wax is hard, brittle, and has a yellow to light brown color. Candelilla Wax Pastilles is of light color, allowing for easy handling and storage.

Norevo Quick Flash is a ready-made powder mixture that contains ammonium chloride. It gives the center or the surface of coated goods a spicy-salty flavor. The use of Quick Flash allows for the production of stable coated products while preventing damage to the sugar layers due to salt migration.

Norevo Carnauba Wax Pastilles is made from Carnauba wax, a vegetable wax originating from the north of Brazil. It is light yellow to dark brown-gray in color and valued as the hardest among all natural waxes. It has an exceptionally high melting temperature of 82°C to 86°C.

Norevo The yellowish-white rice bran wax (Oryza Sativa Bran Cera) is extracted from rice hulls. It has a melting point of 79°C to 85°C, is highly hydrophobic, and forms rather soft oil gels. It primarily serves as a stabilizing agent in emulsions and is used, among other things, as a component of cosmetic pencils. Our expert tip: Rice bran wax can be used in peelings as an alternative to microplastics.

Norevo Beeswax Pastilles is a made from natural wax produced by honey bees (Apis mellifera) to build honeycombs. Pure beeswax is initially white in color and can turn yellow to red-brown through the incorporation of pollen and other substances. We distinguish between standard, pharmaceutical, and food qualities. Select origins are also available in organic quality.

Norevo Gum Acacia Mechanical Powder is a pulverized gum acacia based on the Acacia species Acacia Senegal or Acacia Seyal.

Norevo Agave Syrup Powder is an organic, fine white powder with a neutrally sweet taste. It is a neutral sweetening alternative to sugar and honey powder. It is a syrup concentrate from vegetable origin which is obtained from the Mexican, wild-growing Agave salmiana or Agave tequilana (blue weber) plants. It has a stronger sweetening impact than sugar and can be applied as a natural, vegan sweetening agent. Agave syrup is primarily used in the food and beverage industry. Norevo Quick Fizz is a fine powder that gives coated sweets a sour effervescent powder effect. The encapsulation of the sodium bicarbonate allows for producing stable coated goods without their crust bursting. The effervescent effect is only released upon chewing.

Norevo Low Bac Honey (Germ-Reduced) (Low Bacteria = reduced germs) was specially developed for microbiologically demanding and sensitive products. In the thermal process we developed ourselves, the honey is germ-reduced by heating it.

Norevo Agar agar is a natural, hot-water-soluble hydrocolloid made from the extract of red seaweeds. It serves as a natural gelling agent and thickener with high gel strength levels that allow for the production of highly stable and thermo-reversible gels for food applications and other industrial uses. It is purified, homogenized, and water-soluble agar-agar powder, available in standardized and customized qualities. Agar-agar is easy to use, dose, and store.

Norevo Hardened Sunflower Oil is obtained from sunflower seeds. Its melting point is at about 69°C to 73°C. It serves as a film-building component in cosmetic products and caters for a soft and smooth skin surface.
