Applications & Uses
- SURFACE PREPARATION
Grit-blast using standard SSPC-SP10 near white including minimum 50 micron (0.002”) angular depth profile for maximum adhesion or mechanically roughen using standard SSPC-SP11 to achieve desired adhesion strength. Primers must always be used.
Primers: NP-9500: Metal or Polyurethane
NP-9600: Metal immersion service with NP-9500
NP-100: Concrete- APPLICATION DATA (23°C / 73°F)
Mix Ratio: 100A: 10B by weight
Temperature: 7°C to 40°C (45°F to 104°F)
Dilution: Dichloromethane, Methyl Ethyl Ketone
Working Time: >1 hour
Tack free: 3 hours
Recoat Time: 15 minutes, maximum 72 hours
Light duty service: 24 hours
Ultimate cure: 5 days
Clean up: Non-oil-based solvent
