- Dependable cohesion development: Emulsions formulated with Redicote C-500-1 provide mixtures showing good cohesion development with a wide range of aggregate types and weather conditions while providing sufficient mix times
- High reactive aggregates: Cationic quick-set emulsions made with Redicote C-500-1 provide mix time even with reactive aggregates and in hot weather
- Low and medium reactive aggregates: The product can be used also with aggregates of low or moderate reactivity
- Combined systems: The product can be used together with Redicote C-471 to provide economical emulsion recipes suitable for a wide range of conditions
- Emulsifier for phosphoric acid system that works with wide range of binders including low acid. Provides excellent cohesion building suitable for cooler weather and night paving.
- Good cohesion building, value for the money and can be used in combination with Redicote C-500-1 or Redicote C-450.

Redicote C-500-1 is available in tight head steel drums of 400 lbs (181 kg) net weight.
Storage & Handling
- Storage Conditions
- Redicote C-500-1 may be stored in carbon steel tanks. Bulk storage should be maintained at 45-65°C (113-149°F). Avoid extended heating above 65°C (150°F). Protect against exposure to moisture.
- Redicote C-500-1 contains amines and may cause severe irritation or burns to skin and eyes. Protective gloves and safety goggles must be worn when handling this product.
